Jodi Davison (Principal)

Jodi completed a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Economics at James Cook University, Townsville. She was admitted as a full member of CPA Australia in June 2004 after successfully completing the CPA program, and was awarded a Fellow membership of CPA Australia in March 2017. Jodi holds a CPA Public Practice Certificate and is a Registered BAS Agent.
Jodi has 20 years’ experience in accounting, servicing the Retail, Hotel/Tourism, Construction, Hairdressing & Beauty, Marketing, Medical, Health, Indigenous Services and Not for Profit sectors. Jodi commenced her career within a chartered accounting firm, working for five years with taxation, superannuation and audit services, before moving to the commercial sector. More recently she has spent over four years as a Chief Financial Officer for a large not for profit organisation. Jodi has a comprehensive knowledge of MYOB, Xero, Reckon and Intuit Online accounting software.
John Cain (Audit Consultant)
CPA, BEc (Hons), BCom, GAICD
John completed a Bachelor of Economics with Honours at James Cook University, Townsville in 2003. He was admitted as a full member of CPA Australia in January 2011 after successfully completing the CPA program and during 2012 was admitted as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
John has over 16 years’ experience in Audit, assurance, accounting and governance services having held positions as a Senior Audit Advisor with a major accounting firm and is currently a Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of a large Not for Profit Health service provider. John has also held positions on small and medium sized entity Boards and has a wide variety of audit and advisory experience across a number of sectors in both not for profit, for profit and private client base.
